Our first priority is understanding you and your unique needs. Whether you require hourly support just once or several times a day, overnight or 24/7, we take the time to learn what you need help with, your preferences and who else is involved in your care. We also consider which of our Carers would be the best fit for you. We’ll create an adaptable care plan, reviewing it regularly to make adjustments as needed, especially in the beginning, to ensure the support is just right and tailored to your needs.

Our 24/7 care service provides continuous, around-the-clock support for those with a high level of support needs. With a dedicated team working in shifts, we ensure that a compassionate carer is always awake, alert, and ready to assist.
If you or a loved one feels anxious at night or needs support with nighttime routines, our compassionate overnight care provides safety, reassurance, and practical assistance. Whether it’s helping with bathroom visits, managing insomnia, or simply offering a comforting presence, we’re here to ease the pressure on family and ensure restful nights.
We always try to allocate a regular group of Carers to each of our clients, with one or two regular Carers. We understand that it’s daunting to not know who is caring for you, so we ensure that you have met and are comfortable with the team of Carers you will have. This way, even if your regular Carer is off sick or on holiday you will always have met the Carer who calls in to see you.
The cost will depend on your individual financial circumstances and the package of care you need. Some clients qualify immediately for the States of Jersey Long Term Care scheme, others need to self-fund in the short term and then LTC takes over. Alternatively, some clients need to pay for their own care until they have reached the LTC threshold on assessed care needs.
We are happy to talk to you and find out your specific needs, budget and aims to make the care you receive work best for you. To find out more, please contact us and we will arrange to pop in and see you for a chat and a quote. This is a free assessment with no obligation.
We understand that care is never straight forward and life can throw obstacles in the way. That’s why we’re flexible. We can increase or decrease your care packages to suit your needs, even at short notice.
All you need to do is call us to arrange a meeting or make changes over the phone. Additionally, please note that we always meet with our clients at minimum one, three and six months into starting their care with us (and six-monthly thereafter), so we can assess and make changes as appropriate.
We appreciate that everyone is different and try to match Carers to clients subject to availability. We love to hear from clients so if you don’t like the services of a particular Carer at any time, you simply need to call. We always aim to solve your problem as quickly as possible, providing support for your current Carer to resolve the problem and keeping you and your family up to date with future options.
All our care staff are required to complete mandatory training which is updated on a regular basis. In addition to this, nearly 75% of our Carers have additional QCF training. You can have peace of mind knowing all our Carers are of the highest standard and are eager to make you as comfortable as possible.
We operate with a higher ratio of Management to Carers than many other agencies. This ensures that your needs are always being met or, even better, exceeded. A member of the management team (a Care Manager, a Deputy Care Manager, an Assistant Care Manager and Senior Carers) are always available. They also regularly supervise Carer visits, and one of the team is on call 24/7.
Additionally, we operate with a computerised scheduling system which the Carers see on their work mobile phones. Carers scan in and out when they arrive at and leave your home and this shows up in the office, so we know that the Carer has visited you. The system also allows us to send the Carers notes regarding any changes in your needs for your next visit so you don’t need to worry.
